Workshop

Breema Bodywork Workshop: The Art of Being Present

Join us for a transformative Breema bodywork workshop, for all levels. Breema is a bodywork system and teaching based on the unifying principles which govern the body and all life. Its natural movement sequences are profoundly relaxing and energizing. They foster physical vitality and harmony between the body, mind and emotions, for the practitioner as well as the recipient.

Breema is done fully clothed on a padded floor, using stretches with a balance of gentleness and firmness, nurturing holds, quality touch based on the principle of non-judgement, and a variety of playful, rhythmic movements. It is beneficial for anyone who wishes to bring more balance and harmony into their life.

You may come solo or with a friend, and we will be rotating partners throughout the session when practicing a series.

There are two sessions, with the option to attend one or both. Optional picnic lunch on the land together.

Led by certified Breema Instructor Keter Benchimol, and support of Azita Moellef, L.Ac., and Natalie Wilson, FNP-BC
